1. AG Player provides no content

AG Player is a general-purpose media player software. It does not come with, and we do not provide, host, stream, sell, index or link to any television channels, films, series or other media. We are not affiliated with any IPTV service, playlist provider or broadcaster, and we do not recommend any.

Any names, logos or pictures shown inside the App come from the playlist that the user added. Screenshots on this website use made-up test data; any resemblance to real channels or titles is coincidental.

2. Users are responsible for their playlists

Users add their own M3U playlists, Xtream Codes logins and EPG sources. Each user is solely responsible for making sure they have the right to access that content in their country. We do not check, monitor or control the content that users access through the App. Using AG Player to access content without permission of the rights holders is not allowed under our terms of use.

3. What is stored on our servers

Our servers store the playlist addresses and login details that users enter in the customer portal so they can be delivered to their own device. No media is stored on or streamed through our servers.

4. Copyright notices (DMCA and EU notices)

If you are a rights holder and believe that the Service is being used to infringe your rights, send a notice to [legal email] containing:

  1. Your name, address, email and the rights holder you represent.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work.
  3. Information that allows us to identify the material on our systems, such as the playlist URL or server address concerned. Because we host no media, please point to the playlist source rather than a stream.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove the identified playlist entries from our servers and may suspend the devices involved. Repeat infringers will be disabled.

5. Counter-notices

If you believe a playlist was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your Device ID, the removed item, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and [your consent to jurisdiction].

Android, Android TV, Google TV and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Amazon, Fire TV and Fire OS are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Samsung, LG, PayPal, Telegram and other names are trademarks of their owners. AG Player is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
