Συνοπτικά

Το AG Player είναι μόνο πρόγραμμα αναπαραγωγής πολυμέσων. Δεν περιλαμβάνει κανάλια ή περιεχόμενο και επιτρέπεται να προσθέτετε μόνο λίστες που έχετε δικαίωμα να παρακολουθείτε.
Κάθε συσκευή έχει δωρεάν δοκιμή 10 ημερών. Στη συνέχεια, η άδεια χρήσης κοστίζει 5 € ανά συσκευή για ένα έτος και δεν ανανεώνεται αυτόματα.
Μία άδεια χρήσης καλύπτει μία συσκευή (ένα Device ID) και δεν επιτρέπεται η μεταπώλησή της. Κρατήστε το Device Key σας απόρρητο.

1. Ποιοι είμαστε

These terms apply to the AG Player application ("the App"), this website at agplayer.xyz and the customer portal ("the Service"), provided by [Company name], [registered address], [company number] ("we", "us"). By installing the App or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Τι είναι το AG Player

AG Player is a media player. It plays playlists and streams that you add yourself. We do not provide, host, sell, link to or recommend any channels, films, series or other content, and no content is included with the App or a licence. We have no relationship with any IPTV or content provider.

3. Οι λίστες σας και η ευθύνη σας

You may only add playlists, streams and EPG sources that you have the legal right to access and watch in your country.
You are solely responsible for the content you access with the App and for complying with applicable copyright and other laws.
We may remove playlist entries from our servers and suspend a device if we receive a valid legal notice or reasonably believe the Service is used to infringe rights or break the law.

4. Δοκιμαστική περίοδος και άδειες χρήσης

Each device gets a free trial of 10 days from the first time the App is opened on it.
A licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on one device, identified by its Device ID. It cannot be moved to another device except as described in our support policy or at our discretion.
A 1-year licence costs EUR 5.00 (or the price shown at checkout) and is valid for 365 days from activation, or is added to the remaining time of an active licence. It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged without your action.
Payments are processed by PayPal or NOWPayments; their own terms also apply. Manual payments arranged with our support are confirmed by a receipt in the customer portal.
When you pay, you ask us to activate the licence immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

5. Αποδεκτή χρήση

You must not: reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App except as allowed by law; resell licences or Device Keys; try to bypass the activation system; attack, overload or scrape the Service or the live chat; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Device Key και γονικό PIN

The Device Key shown in the App gives access to the playlists, receipts and settings of that device in the customer portal, including resetting the parental PIN. Keep it private. We may reset Device Keys for security reasons. The parental PIN is a convenience feature and not a guarantee that children cannot access content.

7. Διαθεσιμότητα και αλλαγές

We aim to keep the App and Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the App, change features or change these terms. Material changes will be announced on this website and in the App, where you may be asked to accept the new version.

8. Αποποίηση εγγυήσεων

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it works with every device, playlist, stream format or provider, or that third-party streams will be available or of any particular quality. Please use the free trial to check compatibility before buying.

9. Περιορισμός ευθύνης

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the App or Service is limited to the amount you paid for the licence concerned. We are not liable for content accessed through the App, for third-party services, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Αναστολή και καταγγελία

We may suspend or disable a device that breaches these terms, particularly section 3 or 5. [State whether refunds apply in that case.] You may stop using the App at any time.
